- Community Announcement: FLUX Belfast looking for aspiring photographers
- Weekly Poll: results of our general opinions poll
- Featured Member Deviation: check out who's being featured
- Big Gig Guide: more gigs happening this week
Last week's poll - 'You see an old lady standing by the side of the road. Do you:' - moved 72 members to share their opinions.
Turns out just under half would ignore little old ladies in the street, whilst only a kindly 20 would ask if she was okay. Quite surprisingly no one wanted to have tea with her ... poor little old lady ...
Thanks to all who voted - more opportunities to make your voice heard in this week's poll.
No new members this week, so still at the double century - 200.
If you know of any other Norn' Irish folk not already signed up, why not shoot them a note and invite them to join?
Flux Belfast is a new arts collective created to stir up some excitement in our home city. We want to emphasise that Belfast has more to offer than being a backdrop of tragic events from the past. If people are going to continue overlooking our homeground as a place of budding talent then its time we put that right!
Focusing on student artists, we hope to give the artistic youth an accessible organisation to get involved with, whether you're interested in exhibiting or working with us behind the scenes. Together we can create a buzz that will get people excited about Art in the way they should!
Flux Belfast presents "Better Than TV", our first exhibition taking place over the summer '09. We are currently looking for talent to showcase in this exciting opening exhibition which we hope to be the first of many great things to come.
If anybody is interested email Shabina on starspangledrat@hotmail.com and give your name, contact details and send an example of your work and we'll get back to you ASAP. We look forward to hearing from you!

If I can't move anymore, you'll be alone, will you?
Are you crying? Do you remember something sad? No, it's the world that's sad, isn't it?

Man who push piano into mine get A flat miner
Man who stand on toilet get high on pot
